Q. Why do you sometimes have free promo items?
A. At Geneva Wave, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity and experience to enjoy the luxury of having accessories. Wearing a watch, a bracelet, a necklace, or a pair of sunglasses can really accentuate your appearance. This also gives the opportunity for many workers around the world a chance at employment by giving out free accessories, as most are hand made.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We generally ship the item the same day that it is ordered, or no later than 7 days after. Since many of our items are warehoused in Asia, it can take up to 14-34 days for the item to arrive. Generally, items will take no longer than 20 days to arrive upon shipping confirmation.
Q. Is this a scam?
A. Shopify is one of the largest eCommerce service providers that also handles our payment processing. We never see any sensitive payment information, as that is all handled by Shopify. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details. If you have any doubts lingering, please feel free to email us at contact@genevawave.com
Q. Do you take PayPal?
A. Yes we do!
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team so therefore cannot be cancelled. If you want to switch any items, please let us know within 24 hours of order.

Q. Why are multiple products not packed together?
A. Most of our items come from different warehouses around the world, so we cannot package items together without driving costs up unfortunately. Some items do definitely come together however and it should show when you receive your tracking numbers.Q. Are there any other costs I need to pay for free promo items?
A. All we ask when ordering a free promo accessory is that you cover the shipping and packaging costs that allow us to deliver these items to you.
Q. How can you offer free products?
A. We order a vast amount of products every week, that allows us to get the lowest possible price. We also have special rates with our logistic partners which ensures we keep shipping and packaging charges to a minimum.
Q. Do you sell my details to any other companies?
A. No, we value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.
Q. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?
A. We ship items out in small groups so that you don't get stung at customs, and also as to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive!
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We've been in the industry space for many years, since 2010, but Geneva Wave is a brand new venture that started late 2016.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are based in the Midwest, with warehouses all over the world, but primarily in Asia.
